1. Base Access / Gate Passes, If you have not submitted your Base Access Request to MikeBurden@ausakorea.org, Fill out this Password Enabled Workbook and return and send to MikeBurden@ausakorea.org. It must be completed NLT 28 MAR 2024!
2. Everyone that has requested Base Access AND will also be driving a car needs to have with them:
a. Cars must have paper copy of insurance.
b. Driver’s license. (Cell Photo of license will not be accepted)
c. ID Card. ((must be same name as on the access roster with KID number for Koreans and PP/Mil ID card number for UD personnel)
d. Contract of Rental Agreement if it is a rental car.
e. Car registration paper. (Must match driver’s name)
